CRAIG WEINER

Mr. Weiner is known for his calm, strategic insight in high-stakes situations. His practice encompasses the corporate, litigation and asset planning issues faced by high net worth individuals and venture companies. Mr. Weiner was the General Counsel of a NASDAQ National Market company and has extensive venture capital experience. . Mr. Weiner has worked closely with domestic and foreign hedge funds, venture companies, high-net worth individuals and government funds. Mr. Weiner is often called upon to handle high-stakes litigation and to negotiate the “deals that no one thought could get done.”

Mr. Weiner’s prior experience was entirely “big firm”. Mr. Weiner provided guidance to high net worth and corporate clients with respect to high-stakes litigation and contentious negotiations as well as helping to facilitate joint ventures, strategic alliances, government grants, conducting on-line commerce. Mr. Weiner has also assisted publicly traded and private clients in first and second-round financings. Mr. Weiner has extensive contract drafting/negotiating ability as well as in-depth experience assisting clients in raising private equity, venture capital, and institutional money.

Mr. Weiner also has extensive litigation experience having participated in some of the highest profile cases and was national litigation counsel for a large LBO conglomerate. Moreover, Mr. Weiner has appeared on television numerous times including CNN and Fox.

Mr. Weiner’s primary asset is his excellent ability to understand the business side of the corporate equation, not just the legal ramifications.
