Gary Smith became associated with our firm in 2007 in our Litigation Department. His practice is focused in the areas of general commercial, mass tort and liability defense litigation.

Mr. Smith has substantial experience representing large corporations, small businesses and individuals in a broad range of issues in both state and federal court. He is well-versed in all aspects of litigation, including all phases of discovery, motion practice, fact discovery, expert discovery, through trial preparation and appellate practice. Specifically, Mr. Smith has successfully represented clients in matters involving claims of design and manufacturing defect, wrongful death and personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, breach of contract, consumer fraud, insurance coverage and commercial and subrogation claims, to name a few.
