Mr. Levine became associated with the firm in 2008. He focuses on corporate reorganization and bankruptcy matters, including related litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was a litigation associate at a firm in New York City.

Mr. Levine has completed his coursework for a Masters of Law in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law. He was Of Counsel on an Amicus Brief for the United States Supreme Court in State of Florida, Department of Revenue v. Piccadilly Cafeterias, Inc. While in law school he was an Articles and Notes Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
