Practice Areas: corporate and securities law

Mr. Klein joined the firm in 1995. His expertise lies principally within the areas of corporate and securities law, including private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation, and in representing pharmaceutical companies. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Klein has represented public and privately-owned companies and underwriters, broker-dealers and venture capital firms. He has developed a reliable network of funding sources to provide growing businesses with additional capital for expansion, acquisitions and other corporate purposes. He has also developed an expertise in negotiating pharmaceutical product licenses, marketing and joint development agreements.
